Jeremy Epstein is a Lecturer in Law at the University of Chicago where he teaches a seminar about litigating title disputes in art law. He is a partner in the Litigation Group of Shearman & Sterling and, from 1995-2000, served as head of the Litigation Department. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions litigation, securities litigation, antitrust, criminal defense and litigation involving the fine arts. He received his JD from Yale University and his BA from Columbia University.
