In the fall of 1979 people were anxiously awaiting the release of The Empire Strikes Back, and to help tide fans over, Del Rey released Han Solo's Revenge, the second book in Brian Daley's trilogy of Han Solo adventures. The Star Wars Action News Book Club now reflects on this "vintage era" novel. Listen to find out about cliche-lians, the introduction of swoops, and perhaps the longest discussion ever had on the very minor Star Wars Expanded Universe character Sonniod. Included in this podcast is an interview with Star Wars Insider author Alex Newborn, who interviewed and formed a friendship with Brian Daley.
