King of Prussia is a sextet that dispenses regal, twee-pop with sweet harmonies, ringing guitars and infectious melodies. The group has just released its debut LP, Save the Scene. It's a sometimes trippy collection of songs with elements of '60s folk rock. A part of the thriving music scene in Athens, GA., King of Prussia is signed to the newly reformed Kindercore records. The group is led by Brandon Hanick, who sings with a faux-British accent, drawing comparisons to one of the band's main influences, Belle and Sebastian.
